A NEW LIFE
yesterday, i delivered the first baby of my medical career.... the experience was simply surreal... my cocktail of emotions are so complicated that i really dunno where to start... more than anything, i'm just so grateful and relieved that both mum and baby were ok... the images are still so vivid in my mind... but i just can't put any words to them...
one old friend said something that really touched my heart..
"one day 20 years down the road, you'll meet the one you delivered and find a great person.."
thank you, my friend, thank you..
and i hope my passion for medicine will never ever wane..
